Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your specific electronic components.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original anti-static packaging and include all manuals, cables, and documentation to ensure the hardware remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible to prevent delays in our technical inspection lab.

• 4.
  Technical Inspection and Refund

  Once our engineers verify the condition and functionality of the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
